What you will learn

Do you want to boost your writing project, find community and gain inspiration? This course will provide encouragement and guidance from a published and prize-winning author, alongside an audience of your peers. We may read examples from literature and engage in some free-writing to inspire and encourage your own development, but the bulk of each class will be devoted to giving and receiving constructive and considerate feedback on your works in progress. This course would therefore suit keen writers in any genre or form (from prose to poetry to drama etc) with a project you want to progress with, but you do not need to be an experienced author to join (beginners welcome!)

Given that this course offers space to share and develop your work, you will benefit most if you are an enthusiastic writer with a project you want to pursue and share excerpts from.
